Harimatec Inc. is a global solder manufacturer supplying to various industries. As of June 1st, 2022, Harima Chemicals Group has acquired the Henkel solder business. The acquisition of Henkel solder business will make the solder line up even stronger. Harimatec Inc. will continue to supply the same Henkel solder products without any change in formula. For the first 1-2 years, until June 2024, Henkel will manufacture the products for Harimatec Inc. Within the 1-2 years timeframe, Harimatec Inc. will plan to manufacture the products in house and complete all customers qualification during this period. To make it easier for our customers, there will be no change in Henkel part numbers. Multicore Harima will continue to use the same part numbers that Henkel used.
